I have used this company for several orders and have been mostly satisfied. I am a GC, I used their products for a 4 unit condo we built. The 4 kitchens turned out great, no complaints. But we ordered 12 vanity basins that came defected. The water would not drain due to a poor design. My biggest complaint is that the company position is essentially "the countertop factory is at fault not us". I didn't know to make a distinction between the two? I also had a couple broken hinges. Which isn't a big deal considering we bought 4 kitchens. But this was communicated 2 months ago and I still don't have replacement parts? I have a condo for sale with a base drawer that's broken because I'm waiting for the slides replacement. I am VERY satisfied with the quality and price... I wish they had a better commitment to their after purchase support. Unlike buying locally from a building supply, feels like you are on your own once the product arrives.

The design can be done according to my requirements. I think it is very good. The process is smooth. The finished cabinet and wardrobe are very good. Cafffey can quickly answer the questions I don't know. I'm glad to cooperate with PA
